About Sky High Pressure Washing
Locally owned residential and commercial pressure washing — proudly serving Sarasota, Manatee & Hillsborough Counties.
Meet Sky High Pressure Washing
Sky High Pressure Washing is a locally owned pressure washing company founded by Gonzalo Olivera Conde, serving homeowners, property managers and business owners across Sarasota, Manatee & Hillsborough Counties.
We clean the outside of buildings: driveways and concrete, fences, garage doors, sidewalks and walkways, roofs and house siding. Residential and commercial alike — the same crew and the same standard whether it is a single driveway or a commercial frontage.
What matters most in this trade is knowing when not to use pressure. Concrete and most fencing take a full-pressure surface clean safely. Roof shingles and painted siding do not — high pressure strips the granules that protect a roof and forces water in behind paint — so those get soft washed instead, at low pressure with a cleaning solution that kills algae and mildew at the root. Matching the method to the surface is the difference between a clean property and a repair bill.
Our promise: a written price before we start, careful work, and everything around the job left exactly as we found it — minus the dirt. We work Mon–Fri, 8:00am – 5:00pm.
Protected First
Plants, outlets, light fixtures and furniture covered and moved clear before any water is sprayed. The surface next to the one we are cleaning matters just as much.
Matched to the Surface
Full pressure where it belongs, soft washing where it does not. Roofs and painted siding are never blasted — that is how granules get stripped and water gets behind paint.
